Made a little something today… 👀🍎 Carmel Apple Crisp Cheesecake, but make it a COOKIE!! A thick, soft graham cracker pecan shortbread cookie loaded with cheesecake, apple filling, a buttery crisp topping, and a homemade carmel drizzle because apparently regular-sized cookies weren't enough. 😂 Each cookie is about 6 inches.
